Heavenly Disturbance

Benjamin Bailey took early retirement from the FBI to care for his terminally ill wife. A Federal District Court Judge talks the widower into getting back into the game by accepting the Chief of Police position of a corrupt department in Heavenly, Fla., south of Miami. Soon after, he finds himself knee deep in murder, extortion, police and judicial corruption and money laundering on an international scale. The kingpin is suspected to be non other than legendary criminal Sonny Cannolli a will-o-the-wisp who extorts probationary felons to do his dirty work.
